0004664: language switch on content editor
The language switcher in the footer does not work while the Content Editor is being displayed.

also seems to happen on the enrollment manager, but only IE7/8. But only sometimes. Maybe an IE issue.

"SEP" is applied twice with htmlentities()/htmlspecialchars().

Once in vitals.inc.php line 804; second in include/html/languages.inc.php line 31.

I was going to remove the htmlentities from vitals but I saw that it's a fix from Cindy for 0003904. Not sure what the best approach is here.

Hi cindy, can you take a quick look and see if the htmlentities can be removed? Or should we use another approach? I can reproduce it still for IE9 under content editor, the path changed to "&" instead of "&"

This happens to me when viewing content, in IE8, IE9 and in Firefox. In the URL you can see that the ampersant is escaped. Removing the "amp;" behind the ampersant takes you to the page in the desired language. (Using ATutor 2.0.3.)
