This utility can be used to convert most ATutor language packs from older ISO and WINDOWS character sets to the more current UTF-8 character set. This tool will accept language packs from ATutor 1.5 or later. Download a non-UTF-8 Language Pack from the ATutor Translation Site, then upload it here to have it converted and returned to you in the new character set. Then import the new language pack into your ATutor installation as you would any other language pack. Eventually all ATutor language packs will be available in UTF-8 |
