SQL bug - mysql keyword as column name requires backticks (v1.6)

the reserved keyword `privileges` needs to be enclosed by backticks in the following files:

admin/admins/create.php (lines 102 and 119)
include/html/auto_enroll_courses.inc.php (line 52)
users/private_enroll.php (line 48)

It seems to be OK everywhere else.

confirmed, though it seems to be deprecated now. Will fix with the next round of bugs
