    Hello,

    When I'm in the admin section and want to add a student an error appears after filling out the information:

    The following errors occurred:
    Information could not be added to the database.

    How can this be fixed so that I can add students to the database?

    PHP version -
    MySQL version -
    Webserver & version -
    Copies of error messages -
    Changes to default settings -
    Web browser being used -
    ...and anything else relevant -
