Missing/duplicated dots in Registration and in the Profile page

	On the registration page in the '15_max_chars' variable, the default english text is '15 character maximum.' It is ok when I look only that page. But this variable is used at the Profile where this text looks as "15 character maximum.." There is an unnecessary dot at the end of the sentence.
