I am using theme ATutor 2.1

Hello

I created a course and twelve exams for the course then in content set up twelve content items each linked to the appropriate exam and each exam has the ones preceding it set as prerequisites.

Keep in mind that I have not yet created folders for the content (still working out how to do that, since there is no create content folder button or link)

I have enrolled a student in the course and removed all side menu items.

When I login as the student I see the My Courses page with a box and the name of the course in it.

If I click the arrow to the right of the course name I am taken to the first exam with the message that i need to to do the prerequisite exam (even though it is the first one and has no prerequisite)

Upon completing the exam and submitting it I am offered a button to go to content. This button leads me to the next exam and the cycle repeats.

Except that after the third exam the go to content button instead takes me to the course home page.

Now back to the My Courses page

If I click the name of the course in the box I am taken to the Course Home Page where I see an image labeled "My Tests and Surveys" if I then click this image I am presented with a list of the exams and can complete them in any order without any reference to prerequisites.

Finally on the Course Home Page there is the site map which shows the twelve content items under content.

If I try to attempt any of those content items (except the first) I am taken to the first exam with the admonishment to complete this prerequisite exam.
After completing the first exam I am presented with the go to content button and then shown the second exam and the cycle repeats, as I am shown each succeeding exam in the correct order. However it does not stop at the third exam as described above.

Also If I return to the Site Map and select any content item, other than those I have already completed. I am taken to the appropriate next in line exam to continue the course.

I am wondering, if the sitemap for the course content can work with prerequisites without need for folders. And the right arrow button after the course name also almost works with the correct prerequisite order. Then why does the "My Tests and Surveys" image link on the Course Home Page take me to a list of the exams where the prerequisite mechanism does not work.

I believe this to be a coding oversight and therefore may constitute a bug.

I look forward to your response

Best regards
