I'm validating an html document for Guidelines WCAG 2.0 (Level AA) and i think there's an error with image validation.

I use as example the logo image:
<img src="/images/logo_01.gif" alt="" />
In this form, according to WCAG2.0
H67: Using null alt text and no title attribute on img elements for images that AT should ignore

But validator tell me that i need an ALT attribute and not consider that image as decorative.

The ironic thing is that if i use an ALT attribute then the validator tell me(as a Potential Problems) that image seem to be decorative, so didn't need the ALT attribute.

Please find what known, likely and potential problems mean on this help page: https://achecker.ca/documentation/index.php?p=checker/index.php

As said, potential problems are problems that AChecker cannot identify, that require a human decision. AChecker won't be able to tell if an image is decorative and your decision is needed at this point. Problems listed in this section are reminders that require double checking. They may not be real problems.
