Login as admin takes very long

| When I login as admin, the page takes really very long to open. I suspect that it is because of a mysql query that sleeping. And it is ONLY the admin's home page that takes so long to load. And it is only the home page that takes so long (/admin/index.php). I can't understand why that must be happening. Any help would be much appreciated. Things to describe: Operating system ATutor is installed on - linux ATutor version - 1.6.3 Patch #s applied - ATutor theme name -default PHP version -5 MySQL version -5 Webserver & version -apache2 Copies of error messages - Changes to default settings - Web browser being used - ...and anything else relevant - Posted: 2009-11-27 11:24:25 | ||
